As a London based professional who is required to work long hours and meet demanding deadlines, I found Kelly's services over the last year to be invaluable.
Through convenient telephone and online consultations Kelly was able to evaluate mineral and vitamin deficiencies in my diet and advise on methods to maximise the nutritional intake I derived from meals. As a result, I've found myself with more energy, improved skin tone and most importantly have felt mentally better equipped to cope with the complexities my job throws at me. So much so, that I've embarked on a new challenge - motherhood! Once again I was able to rely on Kelly's advice on how to modify my nutritional intake both when planning for pregnancy and during the critical first few months. I am now four months pregnant and fully anticipate utilising Kelly's services in the future for both for myself and my family.

I had my first consultation with Kelly over two years ago. I had been experiencing bloating and discomfort when eating certain foods and wanted some advice on how to eradicate and control these symptoms. Discussing the problem with Kelly really helped me to understand how my body was reacting to the different foods. She explained to me (without using jargon!) how and why these reactions were manifesting themselves. I really started to understand how I could control my symptoms. Taking into account my lifestyle, Kelly provided me with a list of 'good' foods along with some great recipes to try. She promised not to make me eat anything I didn't like... and if I turned my nose up at any of her suggestions, she always came up with an alternative! After having 3 consultations I feel I have a much better understanding of how my body reacts to different foods and I therefore feel in control of my symptoms - I have so much more energy and (if I stick to the plan!) I have no nasty symptoms at all!

I initially went to Kelly with chronic rash/eczema that I had been to the doctor with numerous times. The Doctor treated me for various different illnesses (including scabies which wasn't terribly pleasant!) and finally came to the conclusion that I would need strong steroids to control it. This made me run in the opposite direction and try acupunture which did not seem to work and finally my acupuncturist suggested that I looked at my nutrition. Kelly ran a set of food allergy tests on me and I found out that I have, hopefully a temporary, allergy to about 10 different food substances, including dairy, yeast and eggs. I have now cut these out of my diet (and take a lot of vitamins that aid my digestion - again recommended by Kelly) and am rash free and generally feel a lot better although do find the diet rather limiting and am dreaming of cheese sandwiches! Kelly is going to help me reintroduce some of the foods into my diet in a couple of months time.
Kelly has "held my hand" throughout the entire process and has always been around to answer questions as well as reassure me, especially when I was very depressed at the beginning when my body started to detox. I am amazed at what an impact it has had on my life and hope that I can add to this when I am "cured" completely.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in February following a routine mammogram. As the cancer was invasive I was told the treatment would have to be a radical mastectomy (removal of most of the lymph glands as well as my left breast) followed by 6 months of chemotherapy. This came as a terrible shock as I felt I had always been so fit and done all the right things, e.g. non-smoker, virtually non-drinker, not overweight etc. I decided I had to be positive as I was told they had caught the cancer early.
I decided to do everything I could to help myself and contacted Kelly for advice on diet and supplements. She was really helpful and understanding and sent me loads of information together with a specific programme of supplements and the right foods to eat.
I had my op at the end of February and the doctors were very pleased at how well I recovered from this without any complications. I am having chemotherapy and have just had my fourth dose and am delighted at how well I have coped with it. My only problem is tiredness and this is only debilitating for a couple of days after each dose. Everyone tells me how well I look and sometimes it is only my bald head that reminds me I have cancer!! I am continuing with Kelly’s advice on supplements and diet for the rest of my treatment and will continue when my treatment ends to try to prevent any further occurrence.
