I qualified in Nutritional Therapy in 2006. I studied at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, the UK’s leading training organisation for nutritional therapy.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy (BANT). As the professional body for Nutritional Therapists, BANT ensures that its members are fully qualified and bound by a strict code of ethics. I am also a member of the NHS directory of complementary and alternative practitioners.
I not only consult privately but I work part time for a UK leading supplement company. For the past 13 months have been working with the charity Yes to Life, to develop their services and assist people in obtaining CAM during cancer.
I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 1998 and have always had an interest in animal nutrition. Since qualifying I have completed several animal nutrition courses including the Hills Nutritional Advisor Programme levels I-V and the Hills Veterinary Healthcare Advisor course.
My particular interests include sports nutrition, thyroid regulation, cancer support, stress management and animal nutrition.
